Nam Nguyen

Nam joined CDI Vietnam as a summer analyst in May 2023 and was promoted to investment banking analyst in November 2023. Prior to CDI, Nam worked as an investment intern at Vietnam Investment Group, where he assisted the investment team in researching high-growth businesses in IT solutions, vocational education, social commerce, and mom and baby care. Afterwards, Nam moved to Maybank Investment Bank, where he worked as an investment banking intern and assisted the senior bankers in various market research activities and target research for potential deal origination in EdTech, pharmaceuticals, energy, and industrial real estate. He then worked as a Transaction Advisory Intern at PwC in the Financial Due Diligence team, where he assisted in identifying and compiling financial data for companies in the energy and entertainment sectors before moving on to CDIVN.

Nam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Melbourne. He is both fluent in English and Vietnamese.
