The risks posed by Economic DevelopmentA Sustainable Supply of Energy
Renewable Energy and Sustainable Supply Chain Management have been extensively studied over the last decade. The rapid development of Vietnam’s economy, brings increased household and industrial demand for energy. It is now more important than ever to invest in renewable sources of energy to ensure that the economic progress of our country is not undone by the risks it poses to our environment. With this in mind, Vietnam has begun exploiting all four big sources of renewable energy: hydroelectricity, wind power, solar power and biomass.
Waste Management
Vietnam’s rapid urbanisation poses serious challenges to waste management authorities. The current practices of the uncontrolled dumping of waste on the outskirts of towns/cities have created serious environmental and public health problems nationwide. New solutions, such as waste treatment, plastic replacement and recycling, must be put into place and practiced more commonly to prevent further damage to our livelihood. TBRC is here to turn your potential solutions into reality.
Water & Air Quality
According to a report by the Global Alliance of Health and Pollution, 71,365 Vietnamese people lost their lives to pollution in 2017, the latest year for which data was available. Officials have responded by stating that Hanoi and HCMC’s poor quality is a result of construction, growing numbers of cars and motorcycles and regional industrial plants. To limit the health risks posed by pollution, awareness of the impacts that it poses on our health and Vietnam’s economy must be improved. We strongly support companies that are search for and present opportunities to help solve the growing issue of water & air quality.
