About Dang
Dang has 9 years of experience in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions. He joined CDI Vietnam in 2022, having worked briefly as a Vice President at BDA Partners in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he supported multiple cross-border M&A projects.
Prior to BDA Partners, Dang spent 7 years working at UBS Investment Bank, starting as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group in New York, then worked as a Strategy Analyst in the President’s Management Office in London, supporting the President in managing UBS’s global and regional businesses in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Research. He then joined the Americas Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York where he focused on cross-border M&A and activism & defense in various industries, including Consumer Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, and Technology.
Dang holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead in the United States. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
