Kristine Do

Kristine has more than 6 years of experience in supporting Vietnamese and foreign companies for M&A and fundraising transactions. Before joining TBRC, she was a part of the deal team of Auxesia Holdings, involved in successful transactions in the chemicals, hospitality, manufacturing, education, and healthcare sectors. At TBRC, Kristine has supported global buyers to look for acquisition targets across Southeast Asia, including discussing with suitable targets and bridging the gap between local companies and international investors. She has also led capital raising projects for early-stage companies in the vending machine and HVAC industries, pitching to numerous financial and strategic investors on behalf of the clients.

Kristine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from RMIT University. She was the winner of the Postgraduate Scholarship for 2019 academic intake.
